I&#39;m a newbie to this site but I still want in on this GP. I have come through a hell of alot of forums <fullsizechevy.com and gmfullsize.com> to find this GP so I&#39;m ready when you are.

farmtruc: Hey Allen, I&#39;m in Tennessee so I won&#39;t be able to come to Texas to get my tune done. Will this have any abnormal affects on my tune. And is this GP only for this site or is it including gmfullsize.com?

I would show up to that race but I would only embarrass myself. I only have a UPD intake and Flowmaster exhaust.

Chingon: Does this whole GP depend on whether he gets 16 trucks at that race??

its not that far to drive. hell im driving to tucson in april. leaving on a friday after work getting there sat morning, race Sat night , and then turn around and get back home by sunday night.
and then in the summer we are going to irwindale. right there in southern Cali.
with a few other trips that way and to Vegas.
Not to mention Dodge City Kansas :burnout:

You don&#39;t need to go to Texas to have the tune done. He can mail you a tuned PCM and then when you put it in, you send him your stock one (core charge)
If you live in Texas, he can log your truck and get a more precise tune, but I&#39;ve talked to one guy who got the tune, then went and had Allen log his truck and do the precise tune, and he said he couldn&#39;t tell the difference between the two. So it isn&#39;t THAT much of a difference.
This GP is the LS1truck.com GP. The guys over at gmfullsize have their own going on.
Also, he says he will do it if there&#39;s 16 trucks at the SBS. I don&#39;t know if he&#39;d really pass up making &#036;300+ times 20 trucks :duh:

Believe me I wish I could go. It&#39;s just too far to drive right now and I have to work on the weekdays. If it were summer and I were off, I&#39;d be there :thumb:

Yeah, I suppose passing up &#036;6000+ wouldn&#39;t be the smartest thing to do. But hell, its his call afterall. I hope we get like 30 ppl. That way, passing up the GP would be like shooting his own foot off. :laugh:
