If you can't do it right all at once....WAIT. You're wasting the upgraded intake by keeping the stock TB. Think about it like this....take a garden hose....use an adapter to connect it to a fire hose. Turn the fire hose on. You think it will flow well? NO.

i'm going to look into making a box like x link. if all fails, then i'll just buy one. lol
