Rearend vibrations

Iv felt driveshafts vibrate. This is a much slower vibration. It isn't the tight vibration. Can it still be the driveshaft?

Yes it could possibly be. You're right, a driveshaft is normally a tight or fine vibration. I would have it checked anyways just to be sure, especially if you have changed u-joints. One may not be seated completely and that could cause it to bind up as well causing a vibration.
