Newb from detroit first 6.0 build,need input

What kinda do you suggest? Don't know much about em. B&m is popular.

To avoid problems but that extra 1000 bucks for a harness and computer are rediculous.

Not. All you need is to swap some wires, make a new mount for the transmission and get the 80e segment swap done to your PCM. Research, Research, Research.

Another question. I'm goin to used the stock 317 heads, someone mentioned something bout gettin them milled. What do you guys think?

Getting them milled will raise your compression and therefore adding power. If you do I would get them p&ped as well.
