I still ned some help with finding heads. I think I wanna to with son L92s but again I'm really not sure what the f**k to do....or where to get a good set for a non redonkulous price...:lol:
What would be a good cam to run for a while...I'm gonna have one custom cut when I get boost...just while I'm running NA I'm gonna want a good power band.
Update...
I talked to Dallas Performance today. Taylor told me he could hook me up with a set of L92 heads for around $1799.00...he said may be a lil more, may be a lil less depending on valve sizes...they have 3 intake valve sizes to choose from.
I also asked him about rods and pistons. He told me that to get custom cut diamond pistons, with rings, is about $800. And he said it would be about $650-$700 for Callies H-beam rods.
Things are starting to look up....every where else I have asked about pistons has told me more like $1000 for pistons....
Still need some input on a cam for the NA application....its gonna be at least 8 months to a year before I can save up to go TT'd.
