Hook the coil signal wires to B+ through a test light and crank it to see if they all flash. Also check the ground wire to the coil plug on each side.
what is B+ sorry im kinda a noob to fuel injection

oh i probably shoudve mentioned this sooner i have six wires that have no home my harness guy said i didn't need them to run but i wanted to make sure. they are white(im guessing tach?) purple, yellow, green/white, blue and brown/white. any of these causing my problem?
No flashing means no signal to the coils to fire. Do you have a scanner or a way to check for cranking RPM to verify the CKP is working?

if you take the air cleaner tube off the throttle body, if you turn the key on do you see the TB reset the TB blade? It will open some and then reset to almost closed.
Need to know where in the harness they come from and a pic would help a lot.
