You must go to a 130-145A with the e-fans or you'll tax the charging system too much. Those will put out about 55-70A at idle. The 105A does maybe 40-45A, that's insufficient for modification.
If you wanted just pulleys OR just efans, you could use the stock 105A and be fine with only the OD alt pulley.
The OD alt pulley from ASP is 1.75", this is the smallest you can purchase and will allow full charging at idle as alternator speed is up, not crank speed.
Ideally you'd want this:
E-fans
ASP
OD alt pulley
130A + alternator
16-18rwhp, full charging, more capacity, better cooling, slightly better economy.
ok so all i need now is pullys and an alt..... its pay day soon, and i saw you have some stuff for sale...... what kid of UD pulley do you have and what size OD pulley would you suggest ......
since i have a couple subs and just bigger speakers in general... should i go with the 160 or would the 145 be pleanty sufficient??
i should of read this post before starting a new one

It's an ASP, only ones made for the trucks. Very nice piece. It's the only alt pulley I sell with them, 1.75" for great idle charge.
145A puts out a lot of power, the 160A needs a new plug and you have to do some trickery with the pulley.
145 for a winnAr
