Valve covers are the same. Exhaust manifolds are supposed to be the same, haven't heard otherwise. You can buy aftermarket rockers for the 8 that are standard LS1 type rockers. Again, check around for a full set for a L92. Check with SDPC2000.com, CompCams and Crane.
Do you know what the comp ratio would be on a stocl LQ4 bottom W/ the L92's?

Nope, sure don't. I'm sure it's listed over on LS1Tech. Someone has CC'd the heads and posted it. You'll just have to calculate it from the data there. It depends on how big the pocket is in your pistons, the thickness of your head gaskets and the CC of the heads. Search online from compression calculators.
