What are you guys with ECSB Z71's running in the 1/4?

yeah, I&#39;m with ya. This was my first time ever actually racing, so it was a learning experience and a way to experiment with the truck that I can&#39;t really do on the streets.

I&#39;m looking forward to going again and seeing how things play out. I need to stop being afraid of red-lighting and go on the last yellow...I kept hesitating. I also got better times keeping it in 3rd rather than drive. It kept shifting from 3rd to 4th shortly before the traps, and I lost a little time in the shift. Holding 3rd straight through helped a bunch.

I usually leave on the 2nd yellow. I&#39;m slow. :laugh:

3rd to 4th shift????? Are you sure it isn&#39;t 2nd to 3rd as you cross the line :sad: WOT into 4th would be over 130 from what I&#39;ve heard, and someone also said that will cause a fast death of the tranny :nono:

Someone told me see the second light and say "Thousand one" and gas it :burnout: Everyone has a different method

Yeah, I guess you&#39;re right...it would be 2nd to 3rd. So I wonder if I were to leave it in 2nd if I would get a little better time winding 2nd out.

Not to sound cliche, but everything happened so fast....har har...

I guess I wasn&#39;t really counting the shifts, but you&#39;ve gotta be right.

Is that before or after the pressure dial shows positive :wave: as in a BIG T next to the 6.0.. similar to the Buick GN T Type :devil:
