skinny a/c lines

Cool, how much interference at the block? 1/16" or so?

None at the block. Its at the factory header. I think aftermatket headers would solve this. The threads on the male end is touching. Still have to make room for the female end to spin on.

Well, the answer is about a sixtyfourth less than none. That line is all thats holding me up right now.

Can you machine on the block?

The block isnt the problem. The problem is between the threads on the a/c block and exhaust manifold. Ill get some pics up soon.
