The company simply replacing it is not making it right. IMO. they owe you big time for even having to deal with this. By all means, please enlighten us to the name of this company.

I personal would never go back to that store again. I dont think my dad will ever take his truck back to that store again because of the of the way it was handled and the employee's. There is a time to comp people to keep them as a customer and there are sometimes when that person is a liabilty as a customer and you just need to part ways. I would love no more than to give the name of the company, phone number and managers name to you all. But that would not be right. I'll through you a bone though. If you watch F1 racing they made big new last year :laugh:
