'02 and up LS6 cams do require differenct push rods.

FYI for you guys that may be interested in the rockers all of them are 1.7:1 ratio and are ALL the same. I had a et of rockers off a 2000 camamro on my truck and they are fine. I have comapred them all and used a set of calipers to measure them cause I was skeptical they are they same. Bump for you.
trtturbo, what confuses me is the pushrods in GMpartsdirect are the same part #.

I thought those cams had smaller base cirlces so they used a different rocker along with a different valve spring not different length pushrod.
I heard that the 2002 and up heads use a longer valve to offset the shorter base circle. I know their smaller because I have measured them side by side. Matter of fact I have a comp cam and stock 98 LS1 cam in the garage I can measure for you to let you know the difference between the base circles.
The rocker and pushrods are all same part #'s. The thing i found different was one of the valves were longer, cant remember if it was intake or exhaust, but it wasnt both.
