No problem I apprciate the follow up. I have a friend that ran a on3 kit on his 08 stang gt and abused it for 15k+ miles. Just the standard journal turbo with zero problems. The block let loose and he sold kit to local kid that is still running it.

Are you guys using the BB or the journal bearing model?
just the journal bearing. It was $327 to the door. If you want 650+ rwhp look elsewhere but anything under that the on3 will get the job done
Called On3 today and he recommended a T76 with .96 exhaust side. Sounds a little big, What do you think full spool would be on my set up with this?
if you build a front mount it would be instant but a rear would have a little lag. Just wrap everything really good and run stock manifolds
I saved my stock manifolds and will be flipping them and making a front mount like yours so I shouldnt have to wait until 4000 power I will go with the 76/ . 96 combo
I think considering your desire for down low power evidenced by your cam change. I would go smaller. Just my 2 cents.
Keep in mind that lots of 4.8 and 5.3 guys are running 67 and 70mm turbos. I think a smallish 76 should be just right for you.
Ya I'm looking for full boost 2600-3000 with realistic goal of 550 rwtq. What ever size is needed for my setup I will buy
I think 550 is a little high for a 4.8, but not impossible. I think you will need at least 10lbs of boost to hit those kind of numbers. I would go with the .81 AR for your desires.
Still reading a ton on posts here and other forums and actually considering a T70 with .68 or T76 with .68 since I am looking for Low to mid power and will not be spinning over 6000 Rpm
