Damm your fast ! Good luck
Glad to see the build is coming along!!
Keep the o2 sensors about where they were from the factory and the PCM will still retain a left and right bank rather than one.
Put one sensor on the short tube for the passenger side and about the same length from the manifold for the drivers side.
Keep it up, looking good!!!
Thanks Allen, you can't see in the pics but they are right where you described but underneath so they will be a little hidden. And I have one in the dp for my wideband.
OK, I would say its a little more than 10" from the Turbo if not right at 10". And hopefully the charge pipe will be good. Do you think I should mount my iat sensor after it goes under the crossover? Like an inch away from the final coupler?
So I'm trying to drop the pan to do my rod bolts. I removed the crossmember and still can't get it out. Do I need to remove the steering rack? If so how? Just those two big nuts right? Do I havd to remove lines too? Thanks
remove two bolts from steering rack and let it hang. pan will slide right off
Pretty cool build
Thanks George. I kind of figured that but wanted to confirm. Any tips on installing rod bolts? They are "high-performance" arp bolts. I know I want to use lots of lube and I know having a stretch gauge is best but I don't have one and plan on just torqueing them to 40 ftlb per arp special s. What's the best easiest safest way to do them??
