Vic jr or TBSS manifold

a new tbss intake is only $200 new from the dealer

anyone have a part number?
what is best TB to go with it?

Are either, NNBS 87mm or TBSS 90mm TB plug and play on an 04 5.3?

I dont think your opening on the manifold is big enough, but the throttle body should work just fine...

Quik is right. You'll have no bottom end with a single plane intake. The problem is compounded on a truck because it's very heavy

a light car with a good amount of gear(4.11 plus) and a loose converter or a 4 speed car will benifit to running a single plane intake.

Leaving my truck out of the equation since its slow, I guess you and quik need to send flaco a PM and let him know that his truck would pick up some et by swaping to a longer runner "truck" oriented intake. Matter of fact, you can PM casey too as he also runs a vic. jr. and his truck is over 4500lbs.
