Was...was a nice car hahah. But thanks!
Got repair work to do, but have to wait for insurance and all that before i can start putting her back together. After looking it over with the adjuster, all i've got to say is that these cars are pretty damn tough if they aren't rusty. Doesn't seem to have bent the rail that awfully bad, but pulled the rear floor pan off the rail and crumpled it....but i'm gonna stop rambling.
Some people don't like the DBW, but I really do like it. I think the pedal feel is nice, and not having to run a cable is pretty nice.

i no i like the dbw in my new truck so i bet it is really ez not runnin a cable

I just sold my 91 240sx super hicas for $995 with 79,000 miles on it. I bought it brand new and parked it after Ready Ice Company wrecked into the drivers quarter panel and door. I was going to drop an LS1 in it but got to my 97 GMC first. Now I have the Syclone so I had to make room and let it go. I've raced a few with LS1's and they're sweet!

and im not stuck on the 240 i am also lookin at the miata the 240 just my fave so far i also was thinkin about the e36 bmw like a 93 325i i dono il prob stick with the 240 i just wont to put a lighter than stock ls motor in a very light car its not gona be a dd but i wont it to have to ability to be so i can drive it when i wont to but i wont it to run atlest in the 11s and still preform at the road track so kinda best of all worlds not to mention some fun drifting

I think a Miata requires a lot more fabrication, but I haven't researched that swap at all so maybe it's really easy *shrug*.
And I can only imagine that the wiring on the BMW would be a royal pain in comparison to the 240 or Miata.....
I'm biased...stick with the 240!

The LS fits an RX7 well too....
-
yea i not a big fan of older 7s but like the newer twin turbo baby 7s i love got 3 friends with right hand drive ones just very hard to find compared to a 240
-
I read about the LS1 powered 90s RX7 that ran 8s NA. You can look into that. I got the hotrod magazine issue and it has a website to convert the 7s and i think the 240s.
