I am glad too!!! its too bad the way this economy is.. I have seen more **** out here then what I have seen in California where I grew up and I have lived in some ****ty areas

It's only going to get worse with the economy.....I urge anybody to protect themselves, but don't point it unless you aim to use it......

Friendswood ain't bad, but 1 exit up from 2351 is Scarsdale and it can get shady around there. Don't get caught slipping when you HAVE to drive thru a bad area and you will get home safe. Blow your window out before they even get a chance to pull on the handle.

I cleared out a parking lot of about 30 of the HOMIES walking toward my truck last year. 3 rounds out the window of my truck in front of them with the .50 cal and they told me I could keep it!:LOL:

I bet that was really funny. Did they scatter like cockroaches when you turn on the light? I knew there was a reason I needed my .50 ae in the truck. I have been thinking about it to. I normally carry a glock 35 and a keltec .380 all o the time.

CHL???? Don't need one......Self preservation Act of Texas says so.....Better read up on the law.

As long as you are not a known felon or member of a gang or terrorist organization you can carry a LOADED weapon in your vehicle.
You can not brandish in plain sight yet, but apaarently they are working on legislation for that.....Gotta love TEXAS.

I let my CHL expire per my Bro's advice. APD veteran of 12 years and counting....Just another way to keep track of who is doing what according to him.

Funny you say that. I refered to that area in one of my posts. I grew up on Scarsdale. Sagemonte area. Wasn't too bad 10 years ago. I remember there being a drive by just down the street from my house that they actually aired on Channel 13 news. Now you wouldn't hear anything about it cause it's so common. I started carrying a sawed off pistol grip 12G as soon as I turned 18. Under my back seat ontop of my speaker box. Less than 2 secs for me to grab and point. Luckily I never had to use it. I want to move back there but it's not worth it. Area is...well...infected.

You have to live North of Houston. Spring, Woodlands, Oakridge, Conroe, Magnolia, All great area's.:) Lots of other Gun toting, NRA members up here to back you up.:)

i live in the So. East area near hobby and its not too bad.. fairly quiet... its always ppl that dont belong in these areas or ppl not from these areas that come just to cause trouble.... freakin a holes...
