let us know how the servo install goes
will do. ill try to take some pics during the install too.
appreciate it man
well, finally got the servo installed. was a pain at times. hardest part was getting the spring between the servo assembly and the transmission in place and getting the pin back in the hole. couldn't get pics, sorry but did this w/out dropping my tranny and it cramped and awkward up where the servo was. overall it was a simple install. i am very satisfied w/ the results. shifting into third is awesome. oh, i also did a tb bypass. became messy, and i we ended up just cuttin through the hoses, but the bypass was successful. although i cant really notice any difference.
:burnrub:
I find it hard to believe that you did not notice a difference in your truck after the TB bypass. Wait was your truck cold when you did the TB bypass? If so that explains it. You really notice it when the truck is warm and then you take the heat away and drive it with the TB bypassed.
The servo is a pain especailly if you have never done one before, but it is a learning experience.
^^^^ are you serious?
Serious about????
The TB bypass is probably what he is refering too.
Well I do not notice my TB bypass now. Infact after 2 days I really didn't notice it, because now all that is being drawn into the motor is cool air. But when I did do it the motor was warm after letting it cool down, then driving it afterwards was like night and day.
