cool - being a total noob I assume the swap is pull out old module put in new one ?? :).
any idea on the mpg boost I would see with a tune - not looking for a guarantee just a general idea.

been reading up on it do - I would have to do some crank relearn? or something and take it to a dealer
I do the CKP's for members for little or nothing if need be for anyone local.
There's plenty of room to grow if you have a Superchip tune. On their max setting the command fuel power enrichment is set close to command 11.8 AFR at WOT and the delay is at 0 which I wouldn't recommend if you want any gas mileage at all, it should be set around 2500 but that's my opinion. The only other settings are to the timing tables and the shift points and that's pretty much it. You can still go a little higher on the timing and correct idle speed for cam swaps which when we made changes to the Superchips settings the idle table didn't change in HPT. :ugh2: Superchips is good for someone that doesn't want to pay for a custom tune and doesn't care about max HP. In other words it will keep you in the safe zone.
I had a slp diablo sport programmer for my 01 ram air and at $495 i was sick as hell. It wasn't worth $4.95. Dont have a nelson tune yet but its coming in the near future.
