I did the .096 "firm" size holes on my 80e , was way to much for the street , chirped second every time it shifted , but Greg you may like it that hard .
I shot penned the holes back to the "average" hole size (.076) , and if I want more kick I do it through the tune .
But the Instruction say if you are using a "off-road use and with small diameter high stall converter make holes .120" .
And you about right 4 hours in truck application .:twocents:

I didn't realize your truck had the 80e trans, Gibb. How's it holding up? I was surprised this 2002 trans I bought had been rebuilt.

No problems , love the TransGo HD2 kit , did not go as far as you did with the install (in truck) , yours should be awesome with the whole kit installed .
Rebuilt 2002 is strange , but I guess not all are tough as we think .
Forgot to add , when you or Nelson does the trans segment swap (what EFILive calls it) into your current tune , set everything back to stock , except TM , and shift times , you don't need increased line pressure after a kit install , but I bet you knew that already !
