yup Allen is a heck of a tuner..IF my tuner Dan would all of a sudden retire from tuning, Allen would be the only other tuner I would trust touching my truck
She has PM'd me and we are in the process of working on this. I am not knocking them. I am just saying my mileage went to crap and didnt get calls back. Allen was always super nice when I able to talk to him. This is not a bash on him personally.

If your truck is getting terrible mileage, there also may be other things you can check. Fuel pressure, o2 sensors, vac leak, and a dirty maf.

Thankyou! She did leave a message while i was at lunch so i will be calling her back. The truck was tuned for the cat delete. The problem happened after the new tune and injector install. I have not checked the fuel pressure due to this problem not being as issue before the install. Hopefully that is the cause. I think it was you { or the other gentleman }i talked to about my spark knock issue and you or he said to try to run a additive. We came to the agreement that it would be more of a problem and that 93 was scarce around here and mostly 91 was sold here. You or he were more than helpful at that time and said to call back if it ran into a problem for longer than a week. I did indeed call and left a voice mail to call and if i did infact get a call back no message was left. As I can see in your replies and the PM's Melissa has left you will take care of it and I thank you. Also to the people who read this and think it is a bash towards them, it isnt. I used Allen back years ago when he was getting started on ls1tech.com. At that time Diablo had just started doing custome tunes and couldnt tune a lawn mower at the time and after 6 attempts i went to Allen. I was happy with his work then and that is why I went back to him when i did my motor swap. My truck runs like a beast when you want it to its just the mileage went way down. I am glad that they are concerned now and are ready to resolve any issues i am having.
its nice to see youre problem getting straightened out .its real easy in buuissiness to get a bad wrap ,i know im in buiss,u can do 50 good jobs and 1 sour apple screw ya ,so it ness to immediately resolve the issue,b4 it leads into problems for both people,and unnessacery argumenting.allen will take care of ya i know u know this ,its just a touchy sich when u post cause theyres millions of people on the internet,and word travels,i know i learned a valuable lesson myself,i said something out of context and didnt mean too hurt any thing by it but next thing i know im getting a phone call.i really didnt mean to cause any harm but i did .im glad too hear u got ahold of them and everything will be fine .and i wasnt trying too be agressive but i know nelson is awesome and they will take care of u.good luck.

Sorry i did not get a chance to call you back yesterday. I left you a message just a few minutes ago. We might end up playing phone tag today until 16:00 due to having my 50 drivers calling me on one phone line on a Friday.
