Heres the latest. I figured im doing this once and only once so why not go all out... Im going to do some POR15 on the frame already have it so just prepping it all. lots of wirebrushing but it should look real nice when its done!

yeah my parents bought my a camera for my bday its been getting excessive use.. not to mention my dad has the same exact truck as me except auto and my mom has a 99 5.3 so i got a reference for both ends haha plus about 100 pictures.

well guys here it is a month later and its not quite done but im trying for driving it this coming weekend! just got my driveshaft shorted and inch and 3/4. finally got the truck to crank of the key... the biggest thing i've learned through this is its the simplest things that complicate the hell out of everything... it was a ground... kiss a weekend of work away trying to figure it out. then there was replacing calipers after snapping bleed screws off and buying new ball joints because mine were junk creating a whole exhaust from scratch, making new seat brackets, etc etc etc.... the small projects go on and probably will continue to. but the truck runs. SOUNDS GREAT! very very responsive. waiting on my bored TB from mark shaner should be here today or tomorrow. then this weekend i'm bleeding the brakes, welding 2 pipes on my exhaust and i'm driving it and praying nothing breaks or blows lol... ill try to get a video up on here and some pictures. who knows if it will happen but i'm going to do my best. its been WAY to long!! after that i just need 4:56's and a LSD. then the wait begins for Lance's custom LT's. i'll keep you posted! thanks for all the help and support otherwise i might as well said forget it. no one in maine has a clue about this stuff and i'm probably the only one here with an OBS truck with a gen III so thanks guys! i'll be posting some vids soon!
