We'll see what goes down, this past weekend guys just pitched in $20 if they were eating 2 or 3 times and $10 if they were just eating once and I just about broke even so it was all good.

Most everybody got 2nds and some 3rds. Had the food ready by 11:45 and everyone ate then we all ate again around 5 or 6 and then it was finished off shortly there after.

Hell of a lot easier than having to leave the track and the food was pretty bad ass if I do say so myself.

EDIT: And I know for sure I will need more brisket this time, because they mowed that down like it was a Ford. :rofl:

Can't wait...I just ordered some more parts for the swap so I'm even closer to having a 5.3 in :hyper2:
