I am from College Station, Texas. I hope soon to get out to SAR and meet some of you guys. I have some friends that want to come as well. Maybe in March? I need to test out the STS Turbo Allen installed for me back in Dec. I think it will run good at 10 PSI, but now only running 5psi. The tune has increased my gas milage by 75mls. in the City.

<div class='quotetop'>QUOTE(RedHeartbeat @ Feb 4 2006, 08:40 PM) </div>yeah, pricing competitors are great, but i dont really care for summit, when i was little, they were just a very small speed shop in a tiny building, they have grown into a huge business, they have a cool showroom, but thier prob is thier people, not to say that they are bad but most of them dont have a clue , ive spent thousands of dollars there over the years and id say 75% of my orders were wrong. ex= i had a 99 zr-2 lifted, i went there to buy centerlines and tires, picked em up, got em mounted went home, and POW!, the wrong fn bolt pattern.! i was furious, also orderd a chrome rear end cover, took mine off and went to put thier's on and POW!, wrong one! also orderd a tarp for my silverado short bed and POW! sent me one for a step side!WTF!, any way thats only the begining but really no where else to get the parts, bottom line, make sure you know what you want and double and triple check what your getting! when people get fired from autozone they work at summit racing. :twocents:Quote:

That's hilarious! I have bought many parts from Jegs and Summit and I have never got the wrong part. I guess I'm a lucky dog. Kind of like Joe Pesche says "They Fu** you at the drive through"!

God bless Texas! One of the few states left where Americans still have rights. We (here in Ca.) need to be invaded by Texas. :help:

All these Texans and we still only have a hand full of people show up at the track, come on guys, let's race!!!
I'll go Allen but I am not racing you.LOL
Ok when is the next one. I keep missing it. I am going to try to make it out to the next.
Allen,
I will come soon. Maybe we can get the heavy truck up to 10PSI. Ran a mustang bullit on the street. He had #'s on the windshield like he had been running some where. I pulled away from him somehow? He was amaised at how the heavy truck ran. I do not think he was on it all the way, but it sure felt good to me to see him fall back. I wonder what my truck will do at the track?
