Those Novokanes look sweet.
When does it get blacked out too?
Wow that thing is looking dangerous! I like it.
The big question is, will it be ready for the shootout?
thats a popular question around here too.
Love the DMax!!!
Also like the motor for Slo Truck, going to look sick under that hood.
Those steps are almost a grand installed at the dealer (if they are the GM units they look like) and although I think all steps are ugly, please take care of them when they come off so you can profit. Nice new truck, hope there are no issues to take care of since it's a diesel and all.....
There wont be with interweb friends like you. But and the steps will be replaced with these amp research
Some ricer stuff for the Dmax. I hated the wood trim it had so I wrapped it in some 3M Di Noc carbon fiber vinyl. The brushed aluminum trim just looks too light, so just went this route. This is not one of the ebay kits that are cut to fit.

Looks really good Mark. I had mine painted for a while and am now going back to woodgrain because I got sick of it. I think I'm going to wrap my painted pieces in this stuff.
Cone, Thanks Na that is as far I will go with the interior. Just need a little system and over head DVD for the little one now.
Jordan, Thanks If you do want it white they make this stuff in white too. I am doing a buddies truck this weekend. If it get finished I will shoot you some pics. I love the white. I am waiting on my 3" block to come back then I will shoot some pics of the truck and its new cali lean. Already cranked up the front just a touch.
Any updates on slo truck?
ehh not to much. Bought the ARP black oxide bolt kit. Looks good but, you dont get to use all the bolts. So i just wet to the bolt store and got black allen head bolts on everything that would work with the ARP kit. Kinda sux spending almost 300 on a bolt kit that you can use the whole thing. Should be finishing up all my side of things sometime this week. Then I will have some other things that I am out-sourcing. Been busy with finding the new ride for the wife. The rest of the accessories are on other than the alternator.

lol I didnt want to reply in the group text you sent out. People might get my number lol, but it looks sick as hell dude!
:thumb::thumb:
Love the fuel rails. Love the whole thing. Hurry the hell up and finish already.
I'm loving the black/green look!! I hear ya about the ARP bolt kits. I looked at getting some for my project, but it didn't have a bunch that I needed. I ended up getting all my stock bolts nitrided. The nitriding is a treatmentinstead of a coating, so it stays the same color. Black oxide tends to wear off, and starts to rust quickly.
Got the 80e installed with the triple disk circle d veter. Thanks to my brother-n-law. I am glad I married into a hotroder family otherwise would more than likely be just a bolt on's guy cam at most. LOL big thanks to my family. Truck will be running when I get back from work next time. That will give me a good month to beat on it before the Mile in October. I hope some other LS1 guys come out to run the mile this year.
man to be honest, no. Hoping for a 185+ run
I'd love to run the mile. Might do 165 at the most, but it'd be fun.
Awesome mark, glad to see its almost ready
