Melissa had a fast truck, so fast she couldnt race it. I thought more of you guys were coming. I need a stall ASAP. And the hole shot spray. I put the 3000rpm chip in the window switch, and no top switch, but didnt help me out of the hole.
EDIT: I weighed 4850 on the scales. with me in it.

oh, yeah. But about a second or 2 before the finish line I had to let off. The map that I printed out on the CPU was left on the floor board by the wife :rolleyes: So instead of leaving paper on the track, I let off on the throttle, and grabbed before it went out the window. :lol: I was slowing down. it was a 14.9 @86 I think. with a 2.4 60 ft. It would have probably been a 14.5 @ 95 or something. I was a little late getting there so I just ran N20 next time. on a 100 shot and street tires I ran a 13.9 @ like 104 I think. 2.4 60ft. But I had the wrong MSD window switch Chips. I had the 3600 and the 5800, The shift points are like 6300 I think. so a little left on the table.
once again I hate my truck. Its not even a matter of upping the boost, its just my truck sucking ass again
I hit two 14.16 @ 98.
Then a 14.14 @ 97.
All of those were on 2.28 or 2.30 60fts. I actually felt like my truck hooked well.
Oh well ill get some slicks and up the boost and see what happens.
Ill run anyone on the street though... haha
David you so need a cam, IMO you need a cam more than you need extra boost at this point.....
My Denali shifts at 5800 with the stock cam. I think the turbo motor could handle 5800....boost helps with lighter springs...helps the valves close. LOL
Jeff actually needs traction more than David fo sho.
David needs to bump the boost (LOL) and shift higher....and more traction.

yeah i did but it looks like crap so didnt post it up hard to see anything. Hey jeff every think about a line lock for your truck. Im sure it would help you get out the hole better to drop them 60's.you should be able to hit high 12's at the least.
I almost bought one, but for burn out purpose. I don't know if it would work well on the rear or not. I'm better off getting a stall. But at my MPH I also need to think about a built tranny. So i have a few decisions to make.
In one hand, I have a decent motor. It probably makes like 300 to the wheels. But I will need a built tranny before too long. In the other hand, A Lq4 with a 4l80 is cheap and makes/ holds more power. For a reasonable price, I could buy the engine tranny combo, rebuild the engine with forged internals. Build the tranny up. And get a direct port N20 and spray as much as I can. I Dunno. For a while, I wanted to tinker with this truck, and build My other one. But I like this truck, so I'm lost for a while.
