Thank you X. The cooler lines, and every thing else are the same also.
That's fine that one can handle 1000hp, but I don't want to have to worry about maby having to tear it down in a year. I have a truck that I want to be able to take on vacation, or go on a 3 hour drive, or go fishing at a remote location, without having to worry that my transmission may or may not be ready to blow at any second.
I don't mean to sound like I'm arguing, but I need the piece of mind with my dd that needs to be able to be completly dependable.

I HAVE FOUND THAT THE ONES PAST 2002 ARE DIFFERENT? THE LINES GOING IN ARE DIFFERENT FOR COOLING PURPOSES. MINE IS AN 00 AND IT DOES NOT HAVE INTERCHANGABLE GEARS LIKE THE NEWER ONES. LINES ARE A EASY FIX THOUGH. BOLT PATTERNS ARE THE SAME. THE ONE THING ODD ABOUT MINE IS THAT IT HAS A FLAT FLEX PLATE. I THINK MINE WAS THE ONLY YEAR THAT IT CAME LIKE THIS. THATS WHY I HAD A CONVERTER ISSUE LAST MONTH. NOW I HAVE THE RIGHT CONVERTER AND IT WORKS REALLY GOOD. JUST MY TWO CENTS.
