I did the swap and the truck runs great, but when I first crank it it run at 1300 rpms until I drive it down the road cold of course. After its runs for a while, it idles fine. What could that be? Anyone please.Quote:
no calibration required. bolt it in, turn on the key, run the throttle slowly from full close to full open about 4 times and all is good. Turn off and start truck.

High idle is usually a sign that you have a vacuum leak somewhere. Have you cleaned your throttle body lately? If it's not closing all the way down it will idle high. Could your map sensor have blown out of it's hole under boost?
<div class='quotetop'>QUOTE(RedHeartbeat @ Dec 10 2006, 08:07 PM) </div>IT ONLY DOES IT WHEN ITS COLD. AFTER IT WARMS UP IT RUNS FINE? I THINK THE BLADE IS ALL THE WAY DOWN, BUT I CAN CHECK IT TOMORROW.Quote:

I HAVE MY STALL NOW AND WILL BE PUTTING IT IN AFTER CHRISTMAS. I WILL BE GETTING SLICKS SOON , MAYBE THAT WILL HELP.Quote:
