It's a damn shame to make all that noise and not really be going anywhere quickly. If ya gonna make noise,,, back it with up some power.Quote:

This was a wet summer for us, but temps barely got into the 70s all summer. Today's high I think was 63 deg F. Winter should be hitting us in about a month with the 1st snowfall.....then we start counting the days till it melts.....
WOW, here in TX we start countin the days until the 100* weather comes back... Soooner then later :grr:
amen to that, i wish we could see 63 haha, but in all honesty i wouldnt be suprised if in january we dont see 85-95 degree weather, global warming, our biggest threat. i dont believe that yet, but could see that happenning in the near future(el nino).
Hmm, and up here, we're all praying for global warming. My family runs the only sanctioned drag strip in the entire state, the weather this summer has played havoc on our race season. Way too much rain, and it's been too cold too early.

I have an Autometer D-Pic, but I'm not sure how accurate it is. My best with that gauge has been 0-60 in 5.77 and 1/4 in 14.57. Like I said,,,,not sure how accurate that gauge is. I do the 1-mississippi thing and 0-60 is right about 6 mississippi's. But nothing beats a track for reaction times and actual speed, 1/4 times.Quote:

Yeah, this summer has been a drag. I thought about going to the track a few times this summer but the rain said ..... prob not.
