It would actually take 703 revolutions from start line to finish line.
9500rpm/60seconds in a minute X 4.441 seconds for the run = 703revolutions

The first time I ever went to the Spring Nationals and saw the T/F cars I was literally in awe. Thats all I could think about for a week, is how amazing those cars are. I couldn't get over how they actually vibrated my eyeballs in my head to the point that it blurred my vision.
Here's something else to chew on... The new Bugatti Veyron can be sitting still and you in your McLaren (sp.) F1 can be traveling at 100mph and pass it and start to accelerate hard as you do. And the Veyron will take off and beat you to 170mph, pass you, run up to top speed of 253mph and then slam on the brakes and be back to a stand still and it took it less then a min to do it all, about 40 sec. total time. Now that is what I call PERFORMANCE...
 I want a ride!

your right storm, that thing is so amazing. i found this little quote from rsportscars.com that was similar to what you were saying. i cant believe technology these days. its so awesome.
"Also unique is the power transmission via an innovative directshift gearbox. Without any interruption in the power flow, the sequential seven-speed gearbox transmits the engine’s power to the wheels via permanent four-wheel drive. Put simply, this means uninterrupted acceleration from a standing start to maximum speed: a feeling previously known only to jet pilots." - rsportscars.com
What's really sick is you can do most of this stuff in the rain... I saw them running it in the rain on Car Crazy I think w/ Barry Meguire they took him for a ride in it. The camera car was following it and it took off in the rain and it looked like they pushed fast forward on the car and the background was playing normal speed, I had to think twice about it, but came to the conclusion that...That thing is SICK !!!
