Thanks for the info guys, I'll try to do some more testing tonight. I haven't touched anything in HPTuners except for clearing the code. There's no knock and the header shouldn't hit anymore. If it does, I'll buy some poly mounts to help. I"ll give Tyson's thoughts a try also, that sounds easy enough.
