Just get a 4.8 or another 5.3 for your truck and sell it running. I kept thinking the 73-87's would be worth something.

They are in Louisiana&#33; :thumb: My uncle had my truck for a few days to have a guy convert my A/C from R-12 (October of last year), and a guy offered &#036;5K.

My uncle laughed and told him, "my nephew won&#39;t sell it less than &#036;25K".

I had to laugh... told him if anyone accepted a &#036;25K proposition for my &#39;86, I&#39;d take off work to get the paperwork done.

He said, "I knew he wouldn&#39;t go for it, that&#39;s why I said it".

Don&#39;t know about anywhere else, but the old Box-Style Chevy&#39;s are sought after in LA. I told a guy in the BR, LA area about the truck. Dunno much, but maybe he&#39;ll be interested. Good luck&#33;

I know it&#39;s not worth it to anyone, but I wouldn&#39;t start over for less than 20K right now.

I hear you there, Jeff. Every time I do something else to the truck it makes it harder to part with it.
