Yea were I work we have a 1800giveitaway If you bitch you get your money back. Most of them are bullcrap. Most creative I seen was a drop off oil change pulled it in it was smoking and running like crap. I was decided to be nice and hooked my block tester up for free. It was posotive for exhaust in the coolant, I Inforemed the customer and gave him a price to fix it. He said no picked it up and it came back that night on a tow truck. The oil filter had a doubble gasket causeing the oil to leak out and he drove it untill it locked the engine. Funny thing we only had 10 vehicles that day and only a few were oil changes. It was a setup and he got a new engine. People like that are trash!Quote:

If all else fails, I would call corporate office if they have one. I seen one place put a new engine in a car that just had the oil checked by one of the employees. Did not touch anything except the Dip stick. Checked oil, manager standing beside him verified and let the person know it was full. Well they went home drained the oil and said the lube joint did it. Bam new Engine. Corporate just asked the employees if the checked the oil. It was easier for them to just replace the motor then pay attorney etc etc.
