I worked on a few ranches and farms off and on in high school. We have killed the U.S. Do you think back in the day anyone one would have bought a car or product over seas. Heck no. I am not knocking over seas products. I just think we have not handled somethings like we could have. Now it is killing a lot of people. I have a friend up north that has worked mainly in factories, they keep shutting them down to move out of the country. It makes it tough on communities that are dependant on those businesses. :twocents:Quote:

Anyone know if the E85 is available in all states yet?
when they first made e85 it was supposed to cost 1/2 of what gasoline is...so far down here i have seen it as much if not more than gasoline....i think it is cheaper up in the northern states thou...
It probley doesnt get have the fuel milage...I bet you could probley make more power with it( more boost/timing) :jump:Quote:

Yup, it actually take more E85 fuel to produce the same amount of energy that reg gasoline produces. So you get less milage but its suppose to be cheaper at the pumps and friendlier to the environment.Quote:

Many of us are enriching our engine with methanol already under boost. Would be nice to have it already mixed in!

I am all for it. The only problem we have right now is the power that oil companies have right now on pushing standard fuel. It will cost them to shift production but it would be worth it in the end. Plus it would benefit our economy. :twocents:
The good thing is that it's made out of waste products. Then again, oil is a waste product too. I just don't think we have a million or so years to wait for more oil to be made. :duh:
