The passenger rear O2 seems to be a problem, but why would you buy a Y pipe and install rear O2's, so it wasn't a problem, just put the plug in the bung. The front passenger O2 is very tight fitting, it will hit the firewall until you screw it in all the way. So, get you pipe fitted up there, install the O2, then bolt it to the manifold.
They do supply O2 plugs for the rear and front, so that's nice.
The Ball and socket joint, whatever it's called, where the end of the ypipe meeds the catback portion of the exhaust, doesn't seal as good as it should. I got a small exhaust leak there and have the bolts tightened up as much as they can, without bending it.
Overall, a good piece to buy that is mandrel bent, free flowing, has all the gaskets you need and hardware.
My opinion, it's worth the $200, a lot easier than making one.
