That's where I ordered it from but just wasn't sure if it came with the cover o-ring. Have you ever changed the TC on an AWD truck? Is it trickier than a 2wd? I haven't found much on here about swapping one on a AWD.

My ss was awd. It was a pain lol. But we'll worth it.
I'm running the 278mm Circle D 3200 in my AWD SSS. Yes it's harder to change than a 2wd because you have to remove the transfer case before you can pull the transmission. I ordered my vette servo and transgo hd-2 shift kit from Oregon Transmission and it came with the o-ring and everything. I bought my truck with low miles on it and installed the converter, ARH headers, shift kit and tune before it had 50k miles on it and I've had zero problems with many track days. I think the converter makes the truck drive MUCH better and for someone that hasn't driven an SSS stock they wouldn't know it even had one in it. I've been waiting on my transmission to die because it has 0 tq management and really firm shifts but it just keeps on plugging away with 110k miles. Hit me up if you have any questions...
Done stall swaps on 3 SSS. didn't pull the t case on any. It'll all slide back with room to put stall in
Thanks for the info. I'm hoping I can get in the mid 13's pretty soon but I want to make sure I don't cut any corners. I was curious how our trannys would hold up with zero torque management. I know it's all a case by case basis but still good to hear yours has done so well. I'll basically have the same setup. Do you have any problems with high tranny temps?
Factory cooler isn't bad. Still no reason not to spend the money on a better cooler..
