I am sure you know this trick and have thought about it but.... Have you thought of adding an idler pulley to increase belt wrap? Something sorta like this?Quote:

It has two that are located under the charger pulley, has pretty good wrap.
it's a little disappointing that with a smaller pulley we're only see low boost and that we're already getting belt slip.
that's fine tho, next time it'll be mandatory 8 rib regardless of setup.
