Is that some kind of trout? We don't have those in south Mississippi which is one reason why I posted this thread, to see the different types of fish and wild game people harvest all over the world.
That was a evening after work we had some good luck, and hand! Both of them are awesome I love to eat them both lol
Yes they are gray trout, except the small one is a brook trout caught here in Quebec on a lake at 2 min from home.
What's your favorite way to cook those?
For the small, I like to roll it in flour and fry it in butter and the bigger simply put it in foil with onion on the charcoal.
I try to keep thing simple because cooking is not my best aptitude...especially after a couple of beer, but that will be great to hear your recipe.
I sure like to take salmon and kind if blacken it in a skillet with lemon juice
