Now to to be serious. Wouldn't this cam almost require dual springs?

It is definitely border line. Comp 918s are good to .600. My Comp rep said I may be able to get away with the 918 ovate wire springs. I guess I'll see when it goes in the engine. I'll do one cylinder up and check it out for spring bind. For $185 shipped for a brand new cam I figured I couldn't go wrong. That intake duration is huge!! I might need to run my brakes off the power steering pump since there won't be much vacuum at idle. :devil:

I'm getting ready to buy some larger injectors and I think I'll go with 42s. Which ones are going to be a direct plug-in for my wire harness? Delco/Lucas or Ford Motorsports?

I think all three. I went with the Delco's. I just couldn't bring myself to put Ford parts on my truck lol! I think Allen has a good price on those injectors and I think they are in stock!

What injectors would go good with a 224/220 - 581/581. I have stock 2002 injectors right now (probably 28#).

Those are good to almost 400 hp they say.

They are the same as the Z06 so you're right, 405 HP. What would I gain from a larger injector with the cam? I have an extra set of heads that I could have port and polished but I'm going to stay stock for now. I'm all LS6 except for the heads which are 241's instead of 243's.

first number is at 100% injector duty cycle
second number is at 80%
These numbers are based on average brake specific fuel consumption of .5, engine efficiency.

Just got my 3600 Vig stall and WOW!!! that put the rotating mass on one hell of a diet. The stock convertor weighed in at 45 lbs and 12.375 diameter and this new one is a tea-toting 28 lbs at 10.5 diameter. That ought to help the 60 foot times a whole hell of a lot! :burnout: :burnout:
