Hey guys, sorry to steal the the thread. I saw you had PCMforless in one of your replies. Have you used their tune?
I had a nelson hot tune in the 01 6.0 and it ran great. However, I have not been able to get tune from nelson due to not having the 05 driver.
I am thinking about trying the PCMforless on the 05 5.3
Wadda ya think?

I was really happy with my PCMforless.com tune...
My buddy had a cammed out z28, and he was very happy with his tune..
My buddies brother, my other buddy... Has a pcmforless tune on his Silverado SS
and he was ok with it..... so it really depends....
Also..... The nelson tune is a good tune... and you know they claim free updates for life..... How ever where he gets you there is that he requires almost 50 dollars for shipping...
PCMforless.com is 15 for shipping and updates are free for 60?-90? days after the purchase and then its 50bucks for an update and then its free agian for so many days...

will those fit in my truck? im not sure the size of my radiator i think its 28.5 though? just wonderin
yeah, they will fit your truck but you will need to get a bigger radiator. they wont work with the smaller radiators.
No they will not work unless you have a 34 inch radiator... and by the time you get that and the fans... You would have been better off getting a set of Ls1 fans
