Im looking at doing a On3 also as a rear mount since a hot pipe kit is quite a bit of $$ I was looking at the 76 with a .81 with my set up. Think that would be to much?

you could always build a hot side and stick with a front mount. I would strongly suggest that but if you are set on rear mount that turbo should work just fine
That's the turbo I have on my front my set up. I would go with a smaller a/r . I'm in full boost by 3k with that turbo.
Yea I was doing some searching since I posted that and found a guy that flipped his stock manifolds and made a front crossover pipe. I think I may do that and sell the headers.... that being said T76 with .81 still?
thats what myself and Jansen did. A 1.0 or 1.15 housing would be better but the .81 will work for you. Here is my build thread http://www.ls1truck.com/forums/force...ld-thread.html
awesome thank you, very similar to the other guys set up. Think a 40mm gate would work and being that my oil sender is under the intake manifold is there another location to tap for the feed?
There is a block off plate directly above the oil filter. It is held on with 2 bolts, remove this and drill and tap it for your feed line fitting and put it back on and youre set! The 40mm gate should work just fine. I believe the Trick kits use 38mm gates and those seem to work just fine.
Think I'm going to do this before I swap out my 3.42's to the 4.56... I may not need to go that big of a jump....
Right above the oil filter is a plate you take off and tap1/8 pipe. And a 40 mm gate is fine, I'm running a 38mm.
Seems I'm always a post behind lol
