whats the issue? Poor crimp connections at the terminals or is it inside the wire itself?
I would put money on the wire, it's too small IMO.
Jon, they all look kinda squirrelly....tough to tell with the eye why one will test good and another be a SUPER FAIL so I'd say it's in the quality of the wire itself. They all seem to have crappy looking battery ends where there is a lot of exposed copper just before where the end/clamp is made on.
Replaced both cables. I still get the intermittent stall when I come to a rolling stop but that's likely the tune. If I leave it in gear it will die but if in nuetral it will recover most times. Time to figure out what the deal is there. Haven't noticed the headlights dimming, yet, except when the engine stalls.
