Found some 5.3s on Craigslist that I think would work one 6.0 but we will see
damm ,sounds like the converter..hope it aint major..
Might want to check everything else here before you go buying a motor. I'd hate to see you pull it out only to find converter bolts loose.Quote:

ok before you go any further. pull your oil filter and cut the end off, remove the filter from inside it and inspect it. if you did spin a bearing youll see plenty of metal in the filter.
It'll look like you struck gold LOL, but its a bad thing
