All it does is,add a,resistor to the IAT sensor circuit, sending a "modified" signal back to the ecm.... Making ecm think their is cooler air coming in... Doesnt really do much. U cud do the same with a .10¢ resistor from radio shack.

But a $.10 resistor doesnt give you the same warm fuzzy feeling inside as the cool little $70 chip will :spit:Quote:
