Red, I got mine from Summit made by Autometer. http://store.summitracing.com/default.asp?...21&autoview=sku
I called Dakota Digital and their's would work too and they were the same price.
The Tach output from my PCM wouldn't do anything at all with the factory Tach. The PCM puts out a + square wave and the original tach needs a negative trigger. If wasn't so long since I got out a ITT I'd build the damn thing myself... but use it or loose it and I've lost it ... lol
PSWired ... I didn't have to reprogram anything on mine and the speedo works correctly, It's 5mph off at 60mph but that's just cuz of the rear end difference between the two trucks. I don't remember what year you are using( truck ) but the vss out from the PCM should work directly with any speedo 91 and up from what I've read and seen. The early ones used a DRAC module to take the VSS signal ( purple & yellow wires ) and convert it to a signal, single wire, for the speedo. If you have a DRAC module in your truck all you have to do is bypass it and connect the VSS out ( single wire ) from the PCM directly to the Speedo ( Blue/Black stripe ). I got that info from a place in TX that builds speedo's and converter boxes. Not sure on the cruise cuz I'm using the electronic pedal and cruise box out of the 2004 donor truck. Let me know if I can help. :hshake:

Hmm, I will let you know what I encounter when I try to use my escalade cluster tach (from a 2000 escalde, OBS) with the 6.0 tach output.
