He's lives so far away and we didn't want to ship it back and forth anymore so i figure that would be just fine; also he's getting beefier internals,
i know the stock 60e's are kind of weak, but i've never seen a trans fail becuae of firm line pressure, i do know where you're coming from though, disconnect the line pressure control soleniod and see how hard it shifts, hahahah jk, don't do that, it will probably break something. if you go too hard yes, you will have problems, but put in hd parts and you're fine.

Yeah with hardened internals that should be okay then. Stock 60 kinda weak...LOL...they fall apart around 350-375rwtq with continuous beatings.

they also fall apart if you change the clutches out and don't flush the tranny cooler, hahaha, the electric parts just dont like that metallic dust, doh
