4L60e to 6L80e in a GMT-900

cool...ive never been too good with letting someone else work on my truck. only other person that's worked on my truck since ive owned it is Madman Racing & Co. he made my custom carrier crossmember, and Truckshop flushed my trans fluid because i put dexron III vs VI or whatever it needed.

i should hopefully get my truck tomorrow...from what i heard it runs hard...cant wait

How much would you charge someone to do the swap for em?

depending what i have to do it can range from 700-1000. if i have to work on the driveshaft, cut exhaust, reweld the trans mount, and blah blah blah.

I have a 08 chevy silverado 1500 5.3 with the 4l60e in it. But Im wanting to swap to the stock 6l80e. I got the 6l80e from a 09 denali
I have the 6l80e, oil cooler lines, different shifter with the manual (+,-), and the full harness. what else do I need? and what needs to happen to make it work in my truck.
