Sorry guys it has been a while since I have been on here. Been working some crazy hours. The fans are still for sale and here are the dimensions you asked for DamnYankee 30 3/4" X 20 1/2 Outside to Outside and the depth is 5". If you include the brackets on the outside it is 38 1/4" X 21 1/2".
