So is there a chance I could have something other than a 4L60e in it since there was an HD option?
Open the glove box and on the white label look for M30(60e) or MT1(80e) or crawl under the truck, if the main harness for the electronics on the trans is on the driver side 80e, passenger side 60e. If both trans cooler hoses are about 2" apart from each other 60e, one near the rear of the trans 80e. 2 piece bellhousing on the trans is 80e.
If you have a 4.8, then you have the 4L60e.Quote:
