There you go.. 224/230 with a 112 LSA will give you the chop you want due to overlap. Degreed to 110 ICL will help get back some of the low end you'll lose.
I'm alot more conservative considering I like torque and off-the-line response. I got a Comp xr265hr15, degreed to 111, but I'd maybe consider a Texas Speed 220. Problem is, most LS camshafts come with like 115-117 LSA, which is not good for torque and also smoothes out the idle.
